Like the huard – or loon – for which it is named, this studio features a style that is both distinctive and soothing. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen and a comfortable dining room where you can gather around a good meal with your loved ones.
Le Huard also comprises a bathroom with shower and bath, a spacious bedroom with a king bed, and a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep two.

The common areas include leisure spaces and amenities guaranteed to please all sizes and ages … even your pets! A communal laundry room is provided for our guests.
Our guests also have access to charging stations for electric vehicles, as well as secure individual outdoor storage spaces. No need to haul your skis or bikes in and out!
The loon
The loon is one of Canada’s most magnificent birds. Its stately appearance and gracefulness in the water has made it an emblem of many regions.
Like our studio, the loon embodies sophistication in its purest form, yet in a totally unpretentious way. One of the most proficient swimmers of the avian fauna, the loon is also renowned for its haunting call when mated. Like the quality of our studio’s amenities, the loon’s dense, waterproof plumage protects against the elements.
Presence in the region
The loon’s presence in the Eastern Townships is considered a true national treasure. Indeed, it is here that we encounter one of the greatest loon populations in Quebec. With luck, you may sight them while canoeing on one of our magnificent lakes, such as lakes Memphremagog, Mégantic, Lyster and Brompton.
Sighting the loon and hearing its call is a unique, memorable experience that you live at least once!
